Working Process
- Materials enter the bubble washing elevator for soaking and tumbling.
- Air bubbles loosen mud and impurities while the mesh belt conveys products forward.
- Clean-water spray rinses the products near the discharge section.
- Products enter the U-type roller brush area for stronger surface brushing.
- Washed products are discharged to the next machine or collecting table.
